A sensor-controlled digital game (SCDG) is feasible for older adults with heart failure (HF) to improve daily weight monitoring and physical activity. This intervention showed promise in motivating self-management behaviors for heart failure patients.

Purpose of the Study:

  • Recruited English-speaking adults aged 55+ with HF, smartphone access, and ability to walk unassisted.
