Week 2 Adalimumab Levels Predict Short-term Clinical Remission in Patients With Inflammatory Bowel Disease

Early monitoring of adalimumab levels in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) patients at week 2 can predict clinical remission. A serum trough level above 11.9 mcg/mL is associated with higher odds of achieving remission by week 12.
