Decrease in Serum Anti-MAG Autoantibodies Is Associated With Therapy Response in Patients With Anti-MAG Neuropathy:

A reduction in serum anti-myelin-associated glycoprotein (MAG) autoantibodies correlates with improved clinical response in patients undergoing immunotherapy for anti-MAG neuropathy. A sustained decrease of 50% or more in antibody levels indicates a positive therapeutic outcome.
