T-cell immunophenotyping in COVID-19 pneumonia

COVID-19 severity may be predicted by T-cell markers. Loss of pan T-cell markers, like CD7, and expression of activation markers on CD8-positive T-cells indicate severe disease, aiding in prognosis.
