Impacted primary incisor: report of case.

Primary incisor impaction is an exceptionally rare dental anomaly.

A case of primary incisor impaction was identified.

Following surgical intervention, the primary incisor demonstrated a normal eruption pathway.
The tooth's development and eruption proceeded without complications post-procedure.

Implications:

This case contributes valuable data to the limited understanding of primary incisor impaction.
It suggests surgical exposure as a viable treatment option for promoting normal eruption in such rare instances.
