Involvement of Visual Mismatch Negativity in Access Processing to Visual Awareness

Visual mismatch negativity (vMMN) may play a role in accessing visual awareness (APVA) before conscious perception. This study suggests vMMN is involved in unconscious neural processing during early visual stages.
