Laser speckle flowgraphy (LSFG) can assess peripheral arterial disease (PAD) by measuring plantar skin blood flow. Measuring toe 1 blood flow with LSFG shows potential for PAD assessment, offering comparable accuracy to the ankle-brachial index.
