Two-stage Reconstruction of Hand Extensor Tendons Using Silicon Rods.

- The formation of pseudo-synovial sheaths by silicone rods appeared to promote tendon graft gliding.
- This technique potentially reduces tendon adhesions, shortening, and extension lag.
