l-Theanine Protects Bladder Function by Suppressing Chronic Sympathetic Hyperactivity in Spontaneously Hypertensive

L-theanine, an amino acid in green tea, may prevent bladder dysfunction. Daily consumption of l-theanine in spontaneously hypertensive rats reduced sympathetic hyperactivity and improved bladder function.
