Do Temporal Eating Patterns Differ in Healthy versus Unhealthy Overweight/Obese Individuals?

Eating less earlier in the day and more later is linked to metabolically unhealthy obesity (MUO). Shifting energy intake to earlier times may reduce MUO risk in overweight individuals.
