Summary

Multiple spinal cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leaks are uncommon in patients with spontaneous intracranial hypotension (SIH). The frequency varies by leak type, with ventral leaks rarely being multiple, while lateral and CSF-venous fistula leaks show higher, though still uncommon, multiplicity.
