Prevention of Breast Implant Displacement Using the Acellular Dermal Matrix Garter Belt

Smooth breast implants are preferred for reconstruction, but displacement is common. An acellular dermal matrix (ADM) garter belt effectively prevents implant displacement in high-risk patients, improving outcomes.
