Abstract:
Reoperations, following coronary bypass surgery, are clearly on a rising trend. Choice of surgical technique depends on the morphological findings obtained from recoronarography. Implantation of aorto-coronary vein grafts and even more anastomosis of the A. mammaria interna are preferred approaches. While the risk was found to be somewhat higher than that associated with primary surgery, longterm results have proved to be good.
