The relationship between cognitive control and lexical conflict resolution in developmental dyslexia

Developmental Dyslexia (DD) is linked to cognitive control (CC) deficits and slower lexical retrieval. While CC impacts retrieval speed, it doesn't appear to resolve lexical interference in individuals with DD.
