Second Primary Malignancy in Patients with Hypopharyngeal Carcinoma: A SEER-Based Study

Patients with hypopharyngeal carcinoma (HPC) have an increased risk of secondary primary malignancy (SPM). However, SPM did not negatively impact overall survival (OS) or cancer-specific survival (CSS) in these patients.
