Retinal Nerve Fiber Layer Thickness and Its Relationship With Executive Functions in Adult Attention Deficit

Individuals with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) show thinner retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) thickness compared to controls. No correlation was found between RNFL thickness and ADHD symptom severity or executive function performance.
