Summary
A rare case of traumatic lateral lumbar spine dislocation in a young woman is presented. Prompt diagnosis via CT scan and surgical fixation led to a full recovery and return to normal activities.

- Surgical intervention involved open reduction and internal fixation via a posterior approach.
- Intraoperative monitoring using sensory-evoked potentials ensured neurological safety.
- Successful realignment of the thoracolumbar spine was achieved.
