Left ventriculo-pulmonary artery fistula.

A rare case of left ventriculo-pulmonary artery fistula, a complication of culture-negative native aortic valve endocarditis, was observed in a 70-year-old patient. This study reviews this rare complication and its literature, highlighting endocarditis risks.
