Potential Genetic Overlap Between Insomnia and Sleep Symptoms in Major Depressive Disorder: A Polygenic Risk Score

Genetic overlap between general populations and major depressive disorder (MDD) subjects for insomnia was investigated. Polygenic risk scores for insomnia predicted insomnia in MDD patients, suggesting shared genetic underpinnings.
