Biodegradeable temporising matrix use in a traumatic chest wound

Biodegradable temporising matrix (BTM) offers a novel solution for large traumatic chest wounds. This synthetic dermal substitute was successfully used for breast reconstruction, achieving soft tissue coverage in a complex case.
