    Background:

    • Recurrent shoulder dislocation and subluxation are common, often caused by underlying bony or soft-tissue abnormalities.

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To evaluate the utility of computed tomography (CT) double-contrast arthrography in detecting abnormalities associated with recurrent shoulder instability.
    • To correlate imaging findings with clinical, arthroscopic, and surgical outcomes.

    Main Methods:

    • CT double-contrast arthrograms were performed on 54 shoulders in 53 patients presenting with recurrent dislocation or subluxation.
    • Imaging findings were analyzed for bony and soft-tissue abnormalities, including labral tears, capsuloligamentous injuries, and rotator cuff pathology.
    • Results were compared with subsequent clinical, arthroscopic, and surgical evaluations.
