SweepCluster: A SNP clustering tool for detecting gene-specific sweeps in prokaryotes

We developed SweepCluster, a novel method for identifying gene-specific sweeps in prokaryotes. This tool enhances evolutionary insights by accurately detecting selection signatures in microbial populations and is also effective for eukaryotic data.
