Synthetic Cannabinoid Receptor Agonists in Postmortem Casework in Scotland

Synthetic cannabinoid receptor agonists (SCRAs) were detected in 10% of postmortem samples. Their presence, particularly 5F-MDMB-PINACA, was noted in drug-related deaths, suicides, and natural deaths among predominantly male decedents.
