Are Small Popliteal Aneurysm so Innocent?

Small popliteal artery aneurysms (PAA) can cause limb-threatening ischemia. Immediate surgical intervention is crucial for managing PAA thrombosis, even for smaller aneurysms, to prevent amputation.
