Summary

New aggregation-induced emission (AIE) photosensitizers offer improved antimicrobial treatments for root canal (RC) therapy. Photodynamic therapy (PDT) with DPA-SCP effectively eliminates Enterococcus faecalis biofilms in RCs without damaging dentin.
