Summary

This study identified potential biomarkers for immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) treatment in metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Increased basophil counts may predict tumor reduction and side effects, while lymphocyte counts and adenocarcinoma histology may predict survival.
