Two clinical cases utilized 3D-guided endodontics, planned with cone beam computed tomography and intraoral digital scanning.
Guided endodontics facilitated precise drill guidance to the root canal length in both calcified and post-obstructed scenarios.

Findings:

Guided endodontics enabled successful root canal access in challenging cases, including surgical access for calcification and reintervention around a dislodged post.
Procedures were completed more predictably and in less time, with significant preservation of dental structure.
No fractures or perforations occurred during the guided procedures.
