Background:

• Cystic adenomyoma is a rare uterine lesion, often considered a focal form of adenomyosis.
• Its pathophysiology remains poorly understood, and standardized management for symptomatic cases is lacking.

Purpose of the Study:

• To evaluate the effectiveness of conservative surgical treatment for cystic adenomyoma.
• To assess the impact of surgery on patient symptoms (pain) and fertility outcomes.
