Summary

This study shows that stemless anatomic shoulder replacement with a ceramic head and polyethylene glenoid component offers excellent mid-term clinical and radiographic outcomes for osteoarthritis. Patients experienced significant improvements in range of motion, pain reduction, and overall satisfaction.
