Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is frequently linked with autonomic dysfunction, impacting heart rate and blood pressure. This dysfunction is strongly associated with joint hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (hE-DS), potentially worsening quality of life for individuals with ASD.
