Limping child--osteochondritis dissecans of the talus. A case report
1Princess Margaret Rose Orthopaedic Hospital, Fairmilehead, Edinburgh, Scotland.
Abstract:
A case of osteochondritis dissecans of the talus in a young child is reported. It is an uncommon condition in this age group and easily may be overlooked due to lack of pathognomonic symptoms and signs. When no other cause is obvious, the condition should be considered in cases of children who limp.
