Anakinra treatment for refractory cerebral autoinflammatory responses

Anakinra, an interleukin-1 receptor antagonist, shows potential for treating refractory cerebral autoinflammatory-autoimmune diseases. While not all patients responded, no serious adverse effects were observed, suggesting anakinra as a viable therapeutic option.
