Summary

This study proposes a new classification for third mobile window abnormalities (TMWA), including otic capsule dehiscence (OCD) variants, to improve diagnosis and treatment. The classification integrates clinical, anatomical, and radiological data for better understanding of these complex hearing loss causes.
