Summary

Transient neonatal myasthenia gravis (TNMG) occurs in infants born to mothers with myasthenia gravis (MG). Prompt diagnosis and treatment, including anticholinesterase agents and immunoglobulin therapy, lead to spontaneous remission in most newborns.
