Altered Neurovascular Coupling in Unilateral Pulsatile Tinnitus

Pulsatile tinnitus (PT) patients show altered neurovascular coupling, with increased cerebral blood flow (CBF) to regional homogeneity (ReHo) ratios in specific brain regions. This suggests underlying neuropathological mechanisms in PT.
