Sequential complex bilateral total hip arthroplasty in neglected acetabular fractures - A case report

This case study shows that bilateral total hip arthroplasty (THA) is a successful treatment for neglected acetabular fractures complicated by post-traumatic osteoarthritis (PTOA), restoring mobility and pain relief.
