  • Four patients developed uveitis while undergoing treatment with ibrutinib.

  • Recurrences were noted in one patient after steroid weaning, while another tolerated re-initiation of ibrutinib.

  • Ibrutinib can induce uveitis, a form of intraocular inflammation.
