Often, psychologists develop surveys as a means of gathering data. Respiratory Depth
Respiratory depth measures the volume of air inhaled or exhaled during a breath. It can vary from shallow to deep and typically remains consistent when a person is at rest or asleep. Occasionally, individuals will automatically inhale deeply, known as sighing, which inflates the lungs with more air than normal breathing.

Online learning environments present unique challenges and opportunities for student engagement.
The flipped classroom model, utilizing digital audio-visual resources, is increasingly adopted in higher education.
Understanding student satisfaction factors is crucial for optimizing digital learning experiences.

Purpose of the Study:

To investigate factors influencing student satisfaction with online digital audio-visual flipped classrooms.
To identify key elements contributing to a positive learning experience in this educational format.
To explore the impact of the flipped classroom on self-directed learning and peer interaction.

Main Methods:

A mixed-methods approach combining descriptive data analysis and grey relational analysis.
Quantitative data collected from 103 students in a compulsory code course.
Qualitative data gathered through focus group analysis to explore student experiences.

Main Results:

Student satisfaction was highest for repeated practice, followed by peer learning and active learning.
Qualitative themes revealed improvements in independent learning, peer collaboration, and teacher-student interaction.
