Successful redo aortic valve replacement using Perceval for multiple recurrent prosthetic valve dysfunction

A patient with recurrent severe paravalvular leakage (PVL) after multiple aortic valve replacements (AVR) successfully underwent a fourth AVR using a sutureless valve, avoiding further complications. Sutureless AVR offers a promising alternative for complex PVL cases.
