Dynesys® dynamic stabilization outcomes in degenerative spine surgery.
Dynesys® dynamic stabilization shows favorable clinical and radiological outcomes for lumbar spine conditions. Degenerative spondylolisthesis and disc herniation appear to be the best indications for this device.

- Adjacent segment disease (ASD) rate was 16.2%, overall revision rate was 11.8%, and screw loosening occurred in 1.5%.
- Favorable outcomes, lower ASD, and revision rates were observed in spondylolisthesis and disc herniation groups.

- Dynesys® dynamic stabilization offers good long-term clinical and radiological outcomes.
- It demonstrates a lower complication rate compared to lumbar fusions.
- Degenerative spondylolisthesis is identified as a primary indication for Dynesys® stabilization.
