Nadir creatinine predicts long-term bladder function in boys with posterior urethral valves

In boys with posterior urethral valves (PUV), higher nadir creatinine levels indicate a greater risk of severe bladder dysfunction. Early evaluation of bladder function is recommended for boys with elevated nadir creatinine.
