Regulated Mycotoxin Occurrence and Co-Occurrence in Croatian Cereals

Croatian cereal crops frequently contained co-occurring Fusarium mycotoxins, particularly deoxynivalenol (DON). Maize was the most contaminated cereal, with some samples exceeding EU limits for mycotoxins in both 2016 and 2017.
