Patient Safety Escape Room: A Team Simulation in Recognizing and Reporting Patient Safety Hazards

A patient safety escape room (PSER) simulation successfully engaged medical interns in patient safety (PS) practices. However, this engagement did not translate into increased resident reporting rates in the clinical setting.
