  • Spearman's rank correlation coefficient was employed to analyze the relationship between cognitive domain scores and cost metrics.

  • Memory, writing speed, and Symbol Digit Modalities Test scores showed a negative correlation with all cost-of-care metrics (r=0.24-0.59, P<0.5).
