Effect of laser peripheral iridotomy on contrast sensitivity using Spaeth/Richman Contrast Sensitivity test

Laser peripheral iridotomy (LPI) is a standard treatment for angle-closure glaucoma. This study found that LPI does not impact contrast sensitivity (CS) in patients with primary angle-closure disease, ensuring visual function is maintained.
