Tissue-engineered vascular grafts (TEVGs) offer a promising alternative for pediatric pulmonary artery augmentation when autologous pericardium is unavailable. This study highlights successful TEVG use in complex congenital heart defect repair, demonstrating their utility in multistage surgeries.
