Summary

A new anatomical hybrid thread tapered interference screw (AHTTIS) shows comparable graft fixation stability to conventional standard interference screws (CSIS) in vitro. However, AHTTIS demonstrated greater graft displacement, suggesting potential slippage under high strain rates.
