Summary

Ultra-translucent 5Y-PSZ (yttria partially stabilized zirconia) exhibits excellent aging resistance and stable optical properties. Processing methods did not significantly affect microstructure, but hydrothermal aging reduced the strength of in-house Y-PSZ.
