Purpose of the Study:

  • To investigate the expression and function of lncRNAs in varicocele-induced spermatogenic dysfunction.
  • To elucidate the molecular mechanisms by which lncRNAs contribute to VC-related infertility.
  • To identify potential lncRNA biomarkers for VC and its treatment.

  • Established a rat model of experimental varicocele.
  • Assessed spermatogenesis using HE staining and sperm quality analysis.
