Abstract:
Flecainide has been shown to be a relatively safe and effective antiarrhythmic agent. Its twice daily dosage schedule and demonstrated efficacy in suppression of ventricular ectopy suggest that it will be a valuable agent in the therapy of ventricular arrhythmias.
